Agriculture Secretary George Greig will join Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association and Pennsylvania Dairy Promotion Program in unveiling the 2014 Pennsylvania Farm Show butter sculpture at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, in the Main Hall of the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center.
The sculpture, a longstanding Farm Show tradition, is crafted from nearly 1,000 pounds of butter.
