In the final audio file of this five-part series, I asked Bob Miller and Frank Regan to reflect back on their careers as dairy cattle breeders discuss their greatest accomplishments.

For this pair, that was a loaded question as Bob Miller of Orangeville, Ill., and Frank Regan of Waukon, Iowa, worked with two of the most respected cows in Holstein breed history - Roxy and Dellia. Additionally the pair is among the most respected names among dairy cattle breeders as Miller bred outstanding cows with his Mil-R-Mor prefix and Regan with the Regancrest branded name. Few Holstein herds today have not been touched by Roxy or Dellia genetics.

Editor's note: This is the third article in a five-part Hoard's Dairyman Intel series discussing dairy cattle breeding with Bob Miller and Frank Regan who are among the most respected Holstein breeders in the world. The interview took place at a panel discussion moderated by Hoard's Dairyman managing editor, Corey Geiger, at the Wisconsin Holstein Association Convention.
