Open, Youth Entries Due Aug. 15; Online Registration Encouraged

The premium list features information on show classes, contests, rules and regulations, sponsors, and lodging and contact information. It is available online, mailed in Farmshine Magazine, and at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg.

All open show and Premier National Junior Events entries and payments are due Aug. 15. The last day for late entries is Aug. 29.

Enter online at www.allamerican.state.pa.us or mail an entry form to the All-American Dairy Show, Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center, 2300 N. Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Deadlines are Sept. 5 for the All-American Invitational Youth Dairy Cattle Judging Contest, the Junior Management Contest and the Dairy Judging Forum.

Contestants for the All-American Youth Showmanship Contest can register from 4:30-6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13, and 7:30-8:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 14.

The show is Sept. 13-18 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and features the Premier National Junior Events Sept. 13-16.

The show will again recognize the Supreme Champion Bred and Owned animal, with the winner receiving the use of a gooseneck stock trailer for one year.

The 2014 All-American Dairy Show features 22 shows in six days in addition to the nation's only all-dairy antiques show. Last year's event featured nearly 2,800 animals and more than 1,300 exhibitors from across the nation. The week caps off with the 58th Pennsylvania Dairy Princess Pageant on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Radisson Hotel Camp Hill.
