I enjoyed your information on fluid milk sales in the Hoard’s Dairyman Intel “Northeast fluid sales are evaporating.” As an ag lender in central Pennsylvania that is not good news!
I recently found out about Fairlife milk, which is ultra-filtrated and delicious! I crave it and have it with every meal.
Perhaps that process is needed for the fluid milk market. I know it is expensive, but isn’t most high-quality foods?
