Cargill Animal Nutrition announces the hiring of Rodrigo Carranza to its U.S. commercial dairy leadership team as a national sales leader. In his new role, Carranza will lead the Cargill Dairy Enterprise Group, a team focused on delivering supply chain solutions from cow to consumer.

“Rodrigo brings a tremendous amount of dairy industry expertise and business development experience,” says Tom Taylor, commercial director, Cargill U.S. dairy business. “His vision and leadership will help shape our offerings to meet the growing needs of our customers in all aspects of the dairy industry.”

Before joining Cargill, Carranza was an associate director for Zoetis where he led the U.S. Centralized Business Services. During his 16 years there, he developed PeopleFirst™, a fee-based business management and leadership development service offering for producers and veterinarians.

“Cargill is transforming and evolving their business with the needs of dairy producers and food consumers,” says Carranza. “The opportunity to help shape that, and represent a company that is dedicated to nourishing the world in a sustainable way, is something I want to be a part of.”
