That's correct ... tomorrow, Saturday, June 10 is the last day to register for the 2017 Annual Meetings in Gettysburg.
REMINDER ABOUT ELECTION BALLOTS AND PROXIES. If you will not be attending the meetings, vote by mail. Mark your ballot(s), include your signed proxy(ies) and mail them so that they arrive in the office of the Executive Secretary before Friday, June 16. Any ballot arriving late will be filed unopened. Members who will be in Gettysburg simply need to turn in their ballots to the Inspectors of Election by noon prior to the date of the respective Annual Meeting.
If you believe that you are either an active AJCA member and/or a voting NAJ member, but have not received your ballot(s), contact the Executive Secretary’s office immediately at 614/861-3636.Applications for national scholarships and Cowles Award due July 1.
Application forms for 2017-18 must be submitted to the AJCA office by email or in an envelope bearing a clearly visible, legible postmark on or before July 1 (Saturday). Transcripts and recommendation letters must be received on or before July 7 (Friday).
