Alltech's 2011 International Symposium Begins Sunday; Live Streaming of Presentations Available at Alltech.com



Alltech's 27th Annual International Animal Health and Nutrition Symposium kicks off this Sunday, May 22, in Lexington, Kentucky, with a record number of more than 2100 attendees from 72 countries and 46 U.S. states. Dedicated to exploring The Game Changers for business and the animal health and feed industries, this year's dynamic program includes The Economist's Tom Standage, Nestlé's Hans Jöhr, Chick-fil-A's Brian Coan, J. O'Callaghan of JBS USA, online strategist Ben Self, and a number of other notables from the likes of Tyson Foods, Provimi, Murphy-Brown, Cobb-Vantress and more.

Several plenary sessions – Monday, May 23 beginning at 9 a.m. EST and Tuesday, May 24 beginning at 1:30 p.m. EST – will be available for live and on-demand streaming via Alltech's Symposium Web site, also accessible by mobile phones.
