Thirty-five FFA chapters competed in an FFA Dairy Cattle Judging contest at California State University-Fresno on Saturday, April 21. The 105 contestants placed four Holstein classes, two Jersey classes, and one pedigree class. They also delivered three sets of oral reasons, for a total of 500 possible points per FFA member. The contest that determines the team for the national contest will be held Saturday, May 5, at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California.
