Additional Information:

LSU offers a comprehensive program in dairy science with concentrations in dairy production and in dairy foods technology. They have a dairy processing plant and a dairy store on campus. These facilities are run using student labor which provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in dairy processing. They also sponsor an Intercollegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Team that competes in regional and national contests.
