In today’s crowded digital and traditional media environment, with more and more consumers generations removed from the farm, it is an ongoing challenge for farmers to tell their story and protect their livelihood. The Professional Dairy Producers® (PDPW) Dairy’s Visible Voice® training series is a five-session leadership series that gives dairy farmers proven communications skills to position their business for success and amplify the value they bring to local communities.

The Dairy’s Visible Voice series will be presented on-farm from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., in two locations, beginning:

Dates for the remaining sessions will be finalized by class participants during the first session.

Each session in the series will focus on a new brand management topic, including media engagement, crisis management, effective leadership, proactive communication and social media strategy. Sessions will be led by seasoned corporate brand and communication experts at MorganMyers. Together, they will provide a 360-degree perspective to help dairy tell our story in a way that resonates, engages and moves our brand forward, while minimizing risk.

MorganMyers is a premier agriculture and food chain communication firm, based out of Waukesha, Wis., also serving brands like Miller, Oscar Mayer, McDonald’s, Cargill and beyond. At the end of the series, participants will have developed a comprehensive plan to manage their brand and protect their livelihood by effectively engaging with both media and consumers.
