Cassandra Endres has joined the ABS Global, Inc. team as the Genetic Management System® intern.
"Cassandra will be a great asset to the Genetic Management System as we continue to build on the success and reliability we provide to our customers," said Emily Novinske, Genetic Management System processing manager. "With her experience from her families' farm and her collegiate experiences, we are very excited to have her on board."

Endres is a sophomore majoring in Dairy Science and Life Sciences Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is active in the University of Wisconsin-Madison Dairy Judging Team, where she placed as the high reasons individual at the 2012 Intercollegiate Dairy Judging Contest sponsored by Accelerated Genetics. She is also an active member of the Badger Dairy Club, Association of Women in Agriculture, Collegiate Farm Bureau, National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Wisconsin Junior Holstein Association.

Endres has a lifetime of knowledge living on her parents' dairy farm, Endres Berryridge Farms, LLC, in Waunakee, Wis. She helped develop a show heifer raising program and maintained and organized the farms DHI and Dairy Comp 305 records. In college, Endres has worked for the Babcock Institute for International Dairy Research and Development as an office assistant. She was responsible for answering questions and communicating with international customers about the institute and assisting with the planning of domestic and international dairy training programs.

As the Genetic Management System intern, Endres will help load and process information for genetic audits of dairy farms. She will be vital in testing the program as it progresses through its programming stages. This summer she will also complete a personal project to help her achieve professional growth in an area of interest.
