Building on the success of QuadriCal® calcium boluses, Bio- Vet introduces QuadriCal® MINI, an oral bolus slightly smaller than original QuadriCal®, while still containing high levels of calcium for dairy cows. QuadriCal® MINI boluses are shorter and narrower than original QuadriCal®, making it easier to swallow for smaller cattle, such as Jersey cows. Each 5-bolus feeding of QuadriCal® MINI contains a minimum of 50 grams of calcium.



Both original QuadriCal® and QuadriCal® MINI contain calcium from four sources: chloride, sulfate, propionate and lactate. These calcium types provide rapid, intermediate and sustained availability to the cow after calving, when she most needs supplemental calcium.

QuadriCal® and QuadriCal® MINI boluses also contain niacin to aid liver function during negative energy balance, and vitamin D3, which is critical for calcium utilization in the body. QuadriCal® boluses are tapered and rounded on one end for smooth, safe and easy administration.
