Graf Creamery Inc. has earned Best of Class in the Unsalted Butter category for its AA Unsalted Butter in the 2013 United States Championship Cheese Contest. The esteemed butter makers of Team Graf earned a score of 99.65 from the panel of 38 experts who were judging the event. This year's Contest the largest dairy product competition in U.S. history attracted a record number 1,702 entries from 30 states in the 3rd Biennial U.S. Championship Cheese Contest. Over the two days, experts tasted more than 32,000 pounds of cheese and butter. The event was held at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI, March 12 and 13, 2013.

This year's Best of Class award adds to Graf Creamery's two dozen butter honors garnered at State, National and World competitions.
