Our Dairy Science program is unique in that we offer Dairy Production as well as Dairy Manufacturing. In addition to a dairy farm we also have a new state-of-the-art dairy processing plant that was built with assistance from the dairy industry, farmers, alumni and other supporters.Our faculty members are actively involved in research and provide numerous opportunities in research as well. In addition to cattle judging, we also have dairy products judging opportunities. Our products team has been very successful nationally, winning the national title 5 times in a row.
