D&D Ingredient Distributors, Inc. welcomes Mike Wright as the new Director of Operations & Business Development. In this role, Wright will oversee strategic marketing and communication initiatives, sales, quality assurance, and operations for D&D’s Global Business.

“Mike understands the feed business and what producers need to stay profitable,” says Arnie Miller, President. “He brings with him a wealth of industry expertise, and we’re excited for him to join our team.”

Wright joins D&D with more than 25 years of feed industry sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining D&D, Wright served as Director, Global Marketing for Diamond V (Cargill) where he was responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategic marketing plan for the U.S. and international business. Previously, he worked for ADM Animal Health & Nutrition, Alliance Nutrition Inc., MoorMan’s Inc., Manna Pro Corporation, and Countrymark Cooperative, Inc.

Wright received his B.S. and M.S. in 1984 and 1986, respectively, and his MBA in 1990, all from The Ohio State University. Wright and his wife currently reside in Cedar Rapids, Iowa but will be relocating to the Delphos, Ohio area.
