Laura Gordon has joined the ABS Global, Inc. team as an ABS Cornerstone® specialist for California.A graduate of Ohio State University, Gordon majored in animal science and agricultural systems management and has strong work experience in dairy calf management, farm marketing and advertising.
As an ABS cornerstone specialist, Gordon will be responsible for assisting in the development of new herds, as well as working with staff to evaluate and maintain data in herds already participating in the ABS Cornerstone program. She will be responsible for on-farm evaluating, coordinating and picturing of ABS-sired progeny, as well as arranging and conducting ABS daughter and herd tours. Gordon will be based in California and will work with herds throughout that state."We are extremely fortunate to have a person with Laura's hands-on dairy experience and agriculture industry background," stated Josey Morris, ABS progeny promotions supervisor.
