We have a creamery and dairy store on campus. Dairy students are employed in both the creamery and store. We also have a comprehensive concentration in Dairy Foods Technology with course offerings in milk and dairy foods, milk quality control laboratory, dairy products judging, quality assurance, dairy microbiology, and frozen and cultured products.
