DHIA West (formerly The California DHIA) announces the retirement of Scott Taylor as General Manager, after 18+ years of service, effective December 31st. Alfred Duran will step into the position as General Manager effective January 1st, 2015, after a unanimous vote of approval by the Board of Directors at their recent meeting in October. The Board also extended their formal approval of Daniel Aguiar, from Winton, CA, to assume the position of Assistant Manager and QC Director effective October 1st. Daniel comes to DHIA West with extensive experience as a certified DHI Tester, Lab Technician, and Certified Meter Technician for Central Counties DHIA. He also brings experience working for Hilmar Cheese in various production and QC elements for multiple years within their organization.
