Patz Corporation is excited to announce a new addition to their existing line of Stationary Vertical Mixers! Offered in a low-profile, 185 cubic foot (5.2 m3) unit, the 600 Series Vertical Mixer is strong, resilient, and reliable, designed to handle your daily mixing requirements.
The 600 Series Vertical Mixer was engineered for use in a variety of applications, including the mixing of feed rations, processing of organic materials for composting, and reducing the volume of bulky materials. The stationary unit features heavy-duty ¼-inch walls, a ½-inch thick tub floor, a tough, 3/8-inch top ring, and two adjustable flow restrictors, all included as standard features. The mixer's steel cone-top screw includes heavy fliting for increased lifespan and durability, while also ensuring the exceptional processing of longer materials. An ASABE®-compliant top safety guard encloses the mixer tub, allowing safer operation of the unit.
This new stationary mixer is as versatile as it is strong, thanks to a newly-designed base, improved serviceability, and an array of optional equipment, including choice of drive packages, multiple knife options, scale systems, and side extensions to increase mixing capacity.
