All major components are fabricated from materials that will not produce a spark when struck by a direct impact blow, including non-sparking aluminum blades and anti-static housings.
Motors are UL Listed for Class 1, Division 1, Groups C & D, and Class 2, Division 1, Groups E, F, & G for flammable vapors and combustible dust environments.
Schaefer Hazardous Location fans have larger motors and greater airflow than the competition and are suitable for a wide range of hazardous location applications.
- 30" OSHA Compliant Circulation Fan is available August 1 and the 24" model is available September 1.
- Polyethylene Exhaust Fan comes in 16", 20" and 24" diameters and is available September 1.
- Fiberglass Exhaust Fan single-phase is available August 17 and the three-phase model is available September 1.
