Several team members awarded new roles



Arm and HammerArm & Hammer Animal Nutrition is pleased to announce several promotions within the organization.

Jim Rainey has been promoted to Americas Senior Sales Manager. His responsibilities will include overseeing all channel and enterprise sales in North, Central and South America.

"Jim has made significant contributions to our business during his nearly 26 years here," says Scott Druker, director, Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition. "I am confident that he will continue to do so in his expanded role."

Mark Martinez will assume responsibilities as National Accounts Manager. In this new role, Martinez will be responsible for managing all national accounts including various poultry and swine integrators. Previously, Martinez served as South Central Channel Region Manager and National Accounts for ARM & HAMMER.

"Mark has many years of experience in the animal nutrition and feed industries," says Druker. "We are excited for him to lead our National Accounts and know he will be a valuable asset to our customers and organization."

Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition is also pleased to announce three additional promotions in regional sales manager positions. Managers' responsibilities will include overseeing the account manager team and Animal Productivity Specialist in their region.

  • Shawna Martinho has been promoted to Western Regional Sales Manager. Martinho joined the Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition team in 2012 as the Western Channel Manager, where she was responsible for managing sales to ARM & HAMMER distributors in nine western states.
  • Mark Herrman has accepted the promotion to North Central Regional Sales Manager. Herrman joined the Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition team in 2015 as the Central Region Channel Manager. In this position he worked with channel accounts in six central U.S. states to help distributors and feed mills implement the ARM & HAMMER product portfolio to better service dairy customers.
  • Dave Lytle has accepted his promotion to Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Lytle joined Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition in April 1994 and previously served as the Eastern Region Channel Manager. During his tenure, he developed strong business relationships with key accounts in the Eastern region of the United States.


"Shawna, Mark and Dave have all done an excellent job managing our channel sales activities in their respective regions, and I am sure they will continue to do so in their new roles as U.S. Regional Sales Managers," says Druker. "We wish all members of our team well in their new or expanded roles."
