ImmuCell, a growing animal health company, is pleased to announce the recent growth of its sales and marketing team to align with product demands.

“We continue to experience strong growth with our current First Defense® product line, as well as great interest in our new product Tri-Shield First Defense®,” stated Bobbi Jo Brockmann, vice president of sales and marketing with ImmuCell. “Our momentum is attracting great people and I’m delighted to welcome them to our growing team.”

Jessy Krause joins ImmuCell as the new sales and marketing manager for the southern United States covering TX, NM, KS, OK, MO, AR, LA, MS, and HI. “Jessy is a bright young lady with lots of passion and enthusiasm for our industry. Since she comes from one of our largest distributors, Animal Health International, a division of Patterson, she has a solid understanding of how to support our distribution chain to meet the needs of end-users,” says Brockmann. “We're excited to have her join our expanding sales team.”

Jill Sprakel serves as the sales and marketing manager in the newly created Midwestern territory covering ND, SD, NE, and IA. “We are very excited to welcome Jill to ImmuCell as we expand our service and product offerings” says Brockmann. “Jill’s extensive background in customer service and organizational skills, along with her ag roots in South Dakota, will be an asset as we bring a tighter focus on customer relationship quality to this territory.”

Krause and Sprakel will spend the majority of their time on-farm working with dairymen to improve calf health through targeted antibody therapy available from ImmuCell's First Defense® product line.

ImmuCell focuses on the two most frustrating issues facing dairymen, calf scours and mastitis. ImmuCell's First Defense® product line offers the only USDA-approved, colostrum-derived scours preventative that allows producers to go beyond vaccination to protect against both bacterial and viral scours. ImmuCell is also nearing FDA approval of an intramammary treatment for subclinical mastitis. This treatment will not require a milk discard or meat withhold, and will allow for economical treatment of mastitis before seeing clinical signs.
