DRMS is excited to welcome Pat Baier as a new addition to their management team. Baier will be responsible for industry outreach, sales growth and product development.
He joins the DRMS team from AgSource Cooperative Services in Verona, WI where he was most recently Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Baier has 15 years of experience in the DHIA business and over 30 years of dairy industry knowledge. While COO at AgSource Cooperative, he improved profitability of the co-op, transformed the way that large herds are serviced, initiated rebranding to change with the rapidly-changing dairy industry and published papers that led to several international presentations about the use of trend analysis to develop improved tools.
