Larry Roth, Ph.D., PAS Joins to Support Growth and Market Expansion

Fermented Nutrition has strengthened its organization by bringing Larry Roth, Ph.D., PAS on board as Technical Service Manager. Larry has been working in ruminant nutrition and agronomy research for more than 30 years. Larry spent the past 12 years with Cargill/Provimi where his leadership developing and growing forage utilization systems, direct-fed microbials and mycotoxin control businesses contributed to triple-digit sales growth in those sectors.

Fermented Nutrition hired Dr. Roth to support development and sales of innovative solutions to help livestock producers drive profitability and sustainability. Larry will manage technical and nutritional services for the company’s dairy business and report to Tony Arnold, CEO of Fermented Nutrition. “Larry really understands the needs and concerns of dairy producers”, explains Tony. “His deep technical expertise and talent for translating research into practical applications make him a great partner for our customers and their nutritionists.”

Prior to Cargill/Provimi, Larry was with Conklin Co. for 15 years, where he supported global sales , and with Micro Chemical as a Technical Service Nutritionist. Dr. Roth received his Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and M.S. from Texas A&M University. He is also accredited as a Professional Animal Scientist (PAS) through the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists.
