Participate in a once in a lifetime opportunity of hosting an international intern on your farm!

Interns and Trainees:

  • Are eager and motivated dairy students and young professionals
  • Come to the U.S. to learn, grow, experience America and challenge themselves
  • Speak conversational English and range in age from 20-32
  • Are mostly from South America, the Philippines, South Africa, Uganda or India
  • Will work alongside you and other staff in all aspects of your farm operation

Hosting Requirements:

  • Offer a 6-12 month practical work experience, provide wage, housing, worker’s comp, and cultural activities
  • Develop and follow a training plan to teach new dairy skills and technologies and rotate the intern through a variety of areas and responsibilities
