Emily DresslerAgSource is pleased to announce that Emily Dressler has accepted the position of Technical Support Specialist. In this role she will help acquaint new Field Technicians with proper techniques required to provide quality service to the cooperative's Dairy Herd Improvement (DHI) members. In addition, she will provide technical support to herd managers and consultants for computer hardware and software interfaces as well as online products and services. Dressler is one of four AgSource Technical Support Specialists. She joins Tami Thomas (Northeast Region), Shannon Boschma (Central Region) and Dawn Owens (Northwest Region). Dressler will serve the Southern AgSource Region.

Rodney Davis, AgSource Regional Sales Manager, welcomes Dressler to the team. "Dairy producers rely on DHI information to make important management decisions," he notes. "AgSource helps gather on-farm data and convert it into actionable reports. Computers, smart phones and tablets play a vital role in recording and retrieving this valuable information. Emily will work hard in this new position to help staff and members maximize their use of this technology."

Dressler is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in agricultural education. She has worked in the customer service department at Ederer's Dairy Supply and most recently served as an Office, Feed and Account Coordinator for Premier Cooperative in Southern Wisconsin. She resides in Linden, Wisconsin.
