New Online Submission Form Makes It Easier Than Ever To Apply

FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative is once again accepting applications for its annual scholarship program for students pursuing a post-secondary education.

"FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative is proud to be able to continue this scholarship program, and help the sons and daughters of members achieve their goals of continuing education," says David Cooper, General Manager.

New to this year's scholarship program is an online submission form. This new online feature allows students to submit their application directly online, saving paper, postage and time.

"This is just one of many small examples of the cooperative thinking about our members and how we can improve the way we work," says David Cooper, General Manager. "We know how hard dairy farmers are working, and that their kids are often right alongside them, helping get the work done. When they take the time to fill out this application, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for them. The online submission form does just that."

Scholarship recipients will be selected based on leadership, scholastic achievement, extracurricular activities, essay responses, their future plans and career goals. All members of FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative and their children attending four-year universities, two-year technical programs or short courses in addition to high school seniors planning for post-secondary education are eligible to apply for the scholarships.

Applications are due March 2, and can be found online for download or for online submission. For additional information on FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative or for a copy of the scholarship application, visit www.FarmFirstDairyCooperative.com or call (608) 244-3373.
