Proceeds fund youth and producer education projects across the dairy community



Professional Dairy Producers FoundationThe Professional Dairy Producers Foundation will host its annual Silent Auction at the 2016 Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin (PDPW) Business Conference, March 16-17. A wide variety of farms and businesses have once again contributed to the auction, according to Auction Co-Chair Linda Behling. "Big ticket" items among the many donations include:


  • 10 bird hunt for 4 people at Milford Hills Hunt Club donated by ANIMART
  • Big screen TV donated by GEA Farm Technologies, Inc.
  • Ai24 SCR Heattime HTHR Install or $5500 toward Heatime Pro Install with 20 tags of choice H-LD or HRLD from Semex and SCR.
  • 12 Ton DDGS to be picked up at United Wisconsin Grain Producers.
  • Four #1 Female IVF embryos from Annesa sired by Top 10 Type sire in the Breed 7H012593 from Mystic Valley Dairy and Kevin Jorgensen
  • Gift Certificates from 4imprint for dairy wear donated by LDS Inc.
  • Ag-Bag Silage Bag – Size to fit highest bidders machine up to 14'x500' by Ag-Bag, a Miller-St. Nazianz, Inc. Company
  • "Dairy: Nature's Food" last of the Dan Hester prints donated by Temple Tag.
  • 2 club seats for 2016 Packer game donated by Foremost Farms USA
  • 2 tickets for Green Bay Packer game donated by Twohig, Rietbrock, Schneider & Halbach, S.C.
  • Semen certificate for 10 units of Elite Genomic Bull 29H17964 Solaris from ABS Global, Inc.
  • Signed Jordie Nelson Packer items donated by PDPW
  • Dairy collectible items, cheese baskets, Bonnie Mohr prints, unique art items and useful services you can take home to your farm!


Individuals interested in bidding are encouraged to attend the PDPW Business Conference, March 16-17. Business Conference registration is available at www.pdpw.org. For those unable to attend the conference but interested in bidding on one of the packages, please call the PDPW office, 1-800-947-7379, to make arrangements for a proxy bidder.

All funds raised benefit the Professional Dairy Producers Foundation. Programs supported by the Foundation include the PDPW Agricultural Community Engagement (ACE) program, the PDPW Dairy Mentor Program and the PDPW Youth Leadership Derby. The Foundation has also awarded grants to dairy producer projects in other dairy states, with the goal of increasing producer professionalism and creating a network of professional dairy producers across the country who can share project ideas and successes.

The Professional Dairy Producers Foundation was established in 2002 by Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin as a vehicle to raise funds and award grants for educational programs within dairy communities.
