• Develop and maintain a successful customer base with an emphasis on large herds.
  
  
• Grow market share of dairy genetics in assigned territory
  
  
• Implement a business plan for assigned territory that will include the sale of sexed semen, embryos, beef semen and genomic testing
  
  
• Positively promote STgenetics® company image through customer service and support, a strong work ethic and the ability to share knowledge as it relates to dairy cattle breeding and the dairy industry

Successful applicants should have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science or similar field or equivalent experience in the A.I. or dairy industry. Applicants must have clean driving records, agree to drug screening and have basic computer skills, e.g., Dairy Comp 305, DHI Plus, PC Dart and Microsoft Office programs.

Positions include a base salary plus sales commissions, health benefits, 401K and a company vehicle.
