Braungard elevates regional expertise with 26 year dairy vet background

Cargill Animal Nutrition announces the addition of Dr. Bill Braungard to its Mid-Atlantic U.S. dairy team. Dr. Braungard has extensive experience working in the dairy industry as a dairy vet, and brings a level of expertise that will help strengthen customer offerings.

“We are very excited to welcome this immensely talented individual to the Cargill family,” says Rob Good, dairy sales lead for the Mid-Atlantic U.S. dairy business. “He brings a tremendous amount of experience and skills that will help us better serve more customers in this diversified dairy region.”

Dr. Braungard is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the University Of Tennessee College Of Veterinary Medicine. He has a proven track record of successfully working with dairy customers, and served southern Lancaster County as a dairy vet for 26 years before joining the Cargill team.

“My new teammates are impressive and I look forward to visiting farms with them and learning about Cargill’s variety of cutting edge technologies,” Dr. Braungard continues, “I believe my veterinary skills along with my nutrition background compliment my role as a Dairy Specialist, preparing me to help find solutions for our dairy producers.”

As a Dairy Specialist, Dr. Braungard will be focused on providing technical support of customers in the local Mid-Atlantic region.
