Compeer Financial is on the move to better serve its clients, with a new office location in Lakeville, Minn. The building will house client services, as well as corporate support departments.
Construction of the 30,000 square-foot, two-story building began last week with site preparation. The office is expected to be complete in March 2019.
The Lakeville office will house 85 team members currently working in Compeer Financial’s Northfield and Apple Valley offices, with space available for up to 100. A training center will be devoted to furthering team member knowledge and expertise so they can continue to serve our clients even as the industry evolves.
The plans to combine two offices into the new Lakeville site reflects Compeer Financial’s commitment to convenience for our clients, while supporting effective and efficient operations.
The Lakeville location is more centrally located for our clients, while also being situated to better accommodate the business functions that currently take place in Apple Valley. In addition to providing services at the office, Compeer Financial representatives will continue to meet with clients wherever it is easiest for them – including at their home or in the field.
Edward Farr Architects, Inc, of Eden Prairie, Minn. designed the new building, while RJ Ryan of Mendota Heights, Minn., is handling construction. iSpace of Minneapolis was hired to take care of furnishings.
