Papillon Agricultural Company of Easton, Maryland has announced Tom Hickley as their new National Sales Manager, according to President David Briggs.
“Tom has an extensive background in the agricultural sales industry, specifically dairy, so he’s a perfect fit for this role,” said Briggs. “We’re excited for him to join our team and look forward to expanding our reach and capabilities to educate producers about our innovative products.”
As National Sales Manager, Hickley will be responsible for all sales management duties, as well as assisting in research and product development. He will be working out of his home in Vermont.
Hickley is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor of Science. Prior to joining Papillion, Hickley spent nine years serving as regional sales specialist and ruminant protein platform manager at Balchem Corporation. Most recently, he worked with RF Feed Components for five years as regional sales specialist and manager. Among his various sales roles, Hickley also spent time as a dairy nutritionist and herdsmen where he built a solid foundation for his dairy career.
