ANIMART, LLC is contributing $5,000 to the Wisconsin FFA Foundation on behalf of dairy and livestock producers who purchased Zoetis animal health products during the 2019 spring program. During the spring Zoetis program, $2,500 was raised and ANIMART matched the contribution with an additional $2,500.

For every eligible purchase of Zoetis cattle, swine and equine animal health products from February 1 through April 30, 2019, ANIMART donated one percent to the Wisconsin FFA Foundation. The donation will support programs that complement instruction in agricultural education by giving students practical experiences in premier leadership, personal growth and career success skills. Since 2008, ANIMART has contributed over $225,000 to this cause.

ANIMART is proud to be a ‘One-Star’ Star Mission Partner, dedicated to the mission of preparing Wisconsin’s youth for college and careers in the fields of agriculture, food system and natural resources. The generous donations of Star Mission Partners support all entities of the Wisconsin FFA, including the Wisconsin Association of FFA, Wisconsin Association of Agricultural Educators (WAAE), Wisconsin FFA Alumni, Wisconsin FFA Center and Wisconsin FFA Foundation.

“The FFA Creed states “I believe that American agriculture can and will hold true to the best traditions of our national life and that I can exert an influence in my home and community which will stand solid for my part in that inspiring task.” It is in this spirit we are pleased to partner with Zoetis to uphold these national traditions and exert a positive influence on the future of the agricultural community.” says ANIMART President and CEO, Dan Ellsworth.

The Wisconsin Association of FFA is comprised of 251 local chapters with 324 ag teachers preparing 20,825 students in high school and junior high for careers in agriculture. FFA is making a positive difference in the lives of young people, today and in the future. If you are interested in having your student join the FFA, contact the agricultural education instructor at your local high school. The FFA mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
