Kynetec and the Kleffmann Group have announced today that they have completed a transaction to merge the world-wide market research businesses of the Kleffmann Group with those of Kynetec.

This transformative deal has been driven by the challenges of client consolidation within the Animal Health and Agricultural sectors, combined with the need to continue to invest in digital technologies, taking full advantage of increasingly accessible big and deep data. The newly merged company will develop globally consistent solutions, world-wide farmer respondent communities, and advanced analytics that take market insight generation to the next level.

Combining the best of both Worlds

Building on the foundations of two already successful businesses and combining the best of both worlds, this merger is highly complementary with little overlap of activities.

The current product and service portfolios of both companies will continue uninterrupted. All Kynetec team members and the market research team of the Kleffmann Group will be part of the newly merged company. Burkhard Kleffmann, Kleffmann Group’s former main shareholder and CEO, has left Kleffmann Group to focus on the continued development of the agricultural remote sensing business My Data Plant/ Crop Radar, a non-competing business.

The newly combined company includes around 950 market researchers, interviewers, data analysts, marketing scientists and data visualization specialists across 30 countries.
