Allflex Livestock Intelligence announces two recent promotions within its monitoring success team. Steve Pavelski is promoted to monitoring success manager and Kelsey DeBoer is promoted to advanced monitoring specialist.

In his new role Pavelski will build, develop and lead the North American monitoring success team to ensure the long-term value that customers receive from their investment in the company’s livestock monitoring solutions. Pavelski was first exposed to the dairy industry on his family’s farm in northeast Pennsylvania and has since gained experience across the industry serving in various roles in both the northeast and western dairy states. Pavelski joined Allflex Livestock Intelligence four years ago in a sales role and during his time with the company has transitioned to the training team.

“This role is a very exciting step for me in my career,” Pavelski said. “Leading a team that will ensure the success of our customers is an amazing opportunity. We work with some of the most progressive and forward-thinking members of the dairy community and being able to shape the cutting edge of the dairy industry is truly a privilege.”

Kelsey DeBoer joined Allflex Livestock Intelligence in February 2018 as a technology implementation specialist. He is a 2016 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in dairy science. In his new role, DeBoer will develop and deliver training for customers, distributors and distributor representatives in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.

“I’m excited to take on my new role as a monitoring success specialist at Allflex Livestock Intelligence,” DeBoer said. “We have a leading monitoring technology in the market and I want to ensure that our customers have the most success with their monitoring systems.”

These promotions reflect continued growth and opportunity within Allflex Livestock Intelligence, according to Paul Koffman, vice president of North America Livestock Monitoring, Allflex Livestock Intelligence. “Steve and Kelsey have both been valuable members of our team,” Koffman said. “Their individual experience within our organization combined with industry knowledge puts them in a great position to succeed in their new roles.”
