Nedap Livestock Management recently welcomed Ron Dehli to their North American dairy team as the technical business development manager.
In his role, Dehli will be a resource for Nedap’s U.S. business partners in all aspects of technical support and application. Dehli will provide training to business partners to equip them with the information they need.
“Ron’s experience in the dairy industry will uniquely position him to help our business grow by sustaining current partnerships and building new relationships,” says Bertino Verstege, managing director of Nedap Livestock Management. “Ron’s passion for the dairy industry will be a tremendous asset to Nedap as we strive to help dairies across North America achieve higher efficiency and profitability.”
Dehli has spent the last 17 years working in the dairy industry. His experience varies from technical and sales support, product development, and marketing and product lifestyle management. Dehli’s involvement in the industry has allowed him to build a strong network of farmers, dealers and industry leaders.
“I’ve always had an interest in cutting-edge technology and trends,” says Dehli. “Working with an established technology leader and helping dairy farmers become more efficient is extremely exciting.”
Dehli was raised on a hog farm in northeast Iowa and worked for a local dairy farm through high school and college. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in ag systems technology.
“Ron’s experience in and passion for embracing technology on the farm makes him the perfect fit for the technical business development manager role,” says Verstege.
