American Dairy Association North East’s recipe website, “SavorRecipes.com,” connects with targeted consumers – people who love to cook or bake and are looking for meal solutions and recipe inspiration, especially while at home during the COVID-19 quarantine. Also, a new digital foodcast called “Savor This,” kicks off Thursday, May 7, at 1 p.m.

“With consumers preparing meals more at home due to the quarantine, our consumer-facing website features hundreds of dairy-centric recipes, how-to videos, and three digital cookbooks,” said ADA North East CEO Rick Naczi. “Even more, it reminds families the importance of dairy and how it can easily fit into their lives each and every day.”

The site offers kid-friendly meal ideas, easy 30-minute recipes, and even at-home happy hour recipes. Some examples are “Not Your Average Grilled Cheese,” “Top 10 Mac and Cheese Recipes for Comfort,” and “The Magic of Moon Milk for Restful Sleep.”

Savor This is a four-week digital foodcast series is on SavorRecipes and ADA North East social media channels. Each episode will air on Thursdays at 1 p.m., and feature dairy-heavy recipe demonstrations with special guest hosts.

Another feature of Savor allows consumers to shop from the website directly with the retailer of their choice. This e-commerce feature only allows consumers to purchase real dairy – NO imitations or substitutions of non-dairy beverages will appear as options.
