The Center for Dairy Research (CDR) is holding a Food Fraud Workshop – a course designed to introduce food and dairy manufacturers dairy industry-adjacent manufacturers to food fraud. Organizations of all sizes will be provided with historical context of food fraud and examples both within and outside the dairy industry.
