We are thrilled to announce a new addition to the Valley Milk team! Please join me in welcoming Brett Reeder as our new Ingredient Sales Manager. Brett started his journey with Valley Milk on September 23, 2024. He will be instrumental in driving our ingredient sales strategy and strengthening our partnerships within the dairy industry.

Brett brings with him a wealth of experience in ingredient sales and a proven track record of success in the food sector. He previously worked at Balchem Corporation where he excelled in building strong customer relationships and developing innovative sales strategies that significantly increased market share. He also spent 7 years working in ingredient sales with Leprino Foods where he handled lactose and whey sales.

In his new role, Brett will be responsible for managing our ingredient portfolio, collaborating closely with our production and marketing teams, and identifying new opportunities for growth. He is passionate about creating solutions that meet customers' needs and is excited to help us further our mission of delivering high-quality products.
