VES-Artex, a trusted provider of agricultural ventilation and climate solutions, is excited to announce a new chapter under fresh ownership, with a renewed commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service. The new leadership, led by Jason Luster and Ed Krasnov, is focused on returning the company to its roots and reinforcing its position as a true partner to the agriculture industry.
On April 21, 2025, Jason Luster and Ed Krasnov purchased VES-Artex, bringing with them extensive experience in global product development, agricultural logistics, and manufacturing. Both Luster and Krasnov are passionate about serving the agricultural community and are dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of VES-Artex’s current and future customers.
“We recognized the incredible potential of VES-Artex and immediately seized the opportunity to purchase the company when the offer was presented,” says Luster. “VES-Artex is a great company that makes a tangible difference in the agriculture sector. We’re excited to get back to our roots, focus on quality, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of farmers with the consistent support they deserve. The agricultural industry demands quality, and that begins with exceptional customer service and dependable products.”
Both Luster and Krasnov are deeply committed to agriculture, a sector they have long been part of. Luster, also co-owner of Iowa Irrigation Corporation, and the owner of Koehl Bros., Automated Ag, and Automated Electric & Service, brings vast experience in agricultural service and manufacturing. He has also held leadership roles at QC Supply, LeMar Industries, and GSI Group, companies known for their contributions to agricultural equipment and design.
Krasnov, who previously served as VES-Artex's Chief Financial Officer, brings both financial expertise and a deep understanding of the agricultural landscape. Moving forward, Krasnov will assume the role of CEO of VES-Artex, overseeing the company’s expansion, product development, and customer support initiatives.
“Our customers and partners can expect a seamless transition that enhances VES-Artex’s commitment to reliability and service,” shares Krasnov. “Our mission is to deliver practical solutions that make a real difference for farmers. We have an exceptional team at VES-Artex—many of whom grew up in agriculture and continue to farm today. They truly understand the challenges the industry faces and why every dollar invested must count.”
With their shared background in agriculture and deep industry knowledge, Luster and Krasnov are committed to ensuring that VES-Artex remains a trusted partner for agricultural producers. As they look to the future, the new leadership team is focused on investing in the people, products, and processes that will continue to meet the changing demands of the agricultural sector.
