International Agri-Center and AgCareers.com Partner to Help Veterans
Since its launch at World Ag Expo in February of 2012, the Ag Warriors program has assisted veterans in search of careers in the agriculture industry. The program, which has provided veterans with training and career building resources, will be continued by AgCareers.com, the leading online career site and human resource service provider for agriculture, food, natural resources and biotechnology.

AgCareers.com is focused on attracting qualified job seekers for the more than 3,600 jobs posted on the career portal each month. Headquartered in Clinton, North Carolina, AgCareers.com services job seekers and employers throughout North America from offices in California, Iowa and Ontario and has a growing international presence.

At the Ag Warriors program launch, President George W. Bush gave a keynote address and his presence catapulted the effort into public awareness. As the program continued to grow, the 2013 benefit drew more supporters and the attention of Colonel Oliver North who served as the event's keynote speaker.
"The International Agri-Center has done a great service to our community of veterans by starting the Ag Warriors program," said Lt Col Oliver L. North USMC (Ret.). "I commend their courage in initiating the campaign against unemployment of returning veterans. Transferring Ag Warriors to AgCareers.com is the perfect move to continue the advancement of the program. I am fully confident in the future of Ag Warriors and admire the leadership of AgCareers.com for their enthusiasm and passion to support our veterans."
