Sands brings experience in manufacturing and food safety to new role

In his previous role at New French Bakery, Sands was responsible for managing a multi-million dollar expansion of the bakery while reducing waste and increasing productivity. Sands also has experience working in a health operation as a manager at Nestle-Health Science from 2006 to 2013.
Raj Lall, Founder, President & CEO of Vets Plus, is looking forward to the fresh perspective Sands will bring to the position. "He'll be assessing our current methods and leading some very instrumental changes in our processes so that we can more efficiently serve our customers. This is an important step for us to grow our business profitably while maintaining our strong commitment to quality."
Sands holds a bachelor's degree in economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in risk management from University of Wisconsin-Stout. He resides in Wilson, Wis., where he is actively involved in the community as a 4H leader and coach for youth activities.
