September 2023 Class III Price
Announced on December 4, 2024, the September 2024 Class III (cheese) price was $19.95. The price per hundredweight was down $2.90 from the previous month. The next update is January 2025.
The Class Prices are calculated using the most recent four or five weeks (since the last monthly Announcement of Class and Component Prices) from the latest National Dairy Products Sales Report (NDPSR).
