New Online Registration Program Streamlines Entry Process

PA DOADairymen planning to exhibit at this year's All-American Dairy Show can use a new program to easily register their entries online ahead of the early entry deadline this Friday, August 19. The show is set for September 17-22 at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center, Harrisburg.

Late entries will be accepted from Aug. 20-Sept. 2, with an increase from $30 to $40 per head. The entry cost for animals entered in both junior and open shows will increase from $40 to $50 per head.

Enter online at https://aadairy.fairwire.com. The collaboration with ShoWorks will make the online entry process more user-friendly for exhibitors.

A few entry tips include:

  • Be sure to enter into the correct divisions/classes.
  • If entering one animal in both the open and junior shows, select one "Double Show Discount" (under "Items") for each entry that qualifies before submitting entries. If this step is missed discounts will NOT be applied at a later date.
  • If entering in group classes please select the "Group Class Discount" as these classes are free to enter. If this step is missed, discounts will NOT be applied at a later date.
  • When entering a group class please place "N/A" in any sections that do not apply.

Youth exhibitors should include their shirt size for the Premier National Junior Show.
