Accelerated Genetics is pleased to announce the promotion of Kari Stanek to Sales and Cooperative Support Manager. This newly created position will oversee, develop and implement support services and training modules to enhance and grow sales and cooperative engagement. Stanek’s leadership will champion the success of multiple sales support programs including Genetic Connections, A.I. Training, Holstein and Jersey marketing support, Repro Connections, and other key support services.Stanek has been with Accelerated Genetics for over 18 years within the Communications Department applying her skills in a variety of roles while working closely with the sales division. “Kari has a true passion for the agriculture industry and I’m very excited to have her talent dedicated to supporting our sales representatives and customers,” comments Pam Hendel, Vice President Domestic Sales.
In addition to managing Accelerated Genetics sales support efforts, Stanek will also oversee the cooperative’s membership activities including the annual business meeting, delegate meetings, and all company producer programs. With Stanek’s leadership skills, Accelerated Genetics will continue to focus on its customers and cooperative actions ensuring the success of the cooperative for years to come.
Outside of Accelerated Genetics, Stanek and her husband, Joe, have three daughters. Along with owning Jersey and Holstein cattle, Stanek is also actively involved with numerous national, regional and state associations promoting dairy and youth activities across the United States.
