Two leaders in the rural real estate and property auction industries have teamed up to form a new company focused solely on ranch and farmland auctions.

The new entity, Ranch & Farm Auctions, is unique in specializing in the ranch and farmland segments, as well as ranch custom homes and recreational properties, and is the only auction service that enables rural land buyers to bid concurrently live onsite, live online and by phone-in bidding in real time in all 50 states.

Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Ranch & Farm Auctions is a joint venture of two premier companies in their fields: Whitetail Properties, based in Pittsfield, Illinois, the nation’s leading real estate company specializing in hunting, ranch and farmland with 220 rural property agents known as Land Specialists; and Williams & Williams, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, one of the most respected names in real estate auctions, with over 100 years’ experience in all types of real estate.

CEO Greg Lutz said the company was formed to meet the increasing demand for a real estate auction company that not only provides decades of knowledge and expertise, but also a higher level of service and personal care to buyers and sellers of ranch and farmland than has been seen before.

“At Ranch & Farm Auctions, we are focused on unique, personal, full-service auction needs and providing unmatched knowledge and guidance through every step of the auction process,” Lutz said. “Through decades of experience we know that our level of care and expertise results in bringing the highest dollar possible the day of the auction.”

The Ranch & Farm Auctions website enables buyers to view extensive property information, soil maps, videos and photos, as well as participate via a link in live online bidding.

Joe Gizdic, president of Ranch & Farm Auctions, said the new organization is committed to be the nation’s premier rural land auction company. “Our national auction platform and extensive database of over two million buyers, potential buyers, investors and real estate agents are designed to bring more qualified buyer activity and premium bids,” he said. “Our promise is to maximize our experience and knowledge to bring top dollar for every acre.”

Auction properties are featured on the company’s website, RanchandFarmAuctions.com, with high quality aerial videos, large photographs, interviews, soil maps and other information in a well-organized, easy-to-navigate structure. Property searches can be filtered by state, county and number of acres, as well as by using the site’s monthly auction calendar.

“Buyers can view and download all the information they need from a single site,” Gizdic said. “Sellers can be confident their property will be presented in the best light and properly marketed, enabling them to tell a story about why their property is special.”

Auctions are broadcast live on Williams & Williams’ Auction Network website

Auctions are conducted live onsite or at a nearby meeting facility, and broadcast live on Williams & Williams’ Auction Network website. Participants can bid online via a link from the Ranch & Farm Auctions website. An Auction Network studio host provides audio commentary and coverage to bring more prospective buyers to each auction.

“For every auction, a customized marketing plan is developed to reach the largest number of qualified buyers and ensure high attendance by the right bidders on auction day,” Lutz noted. “Sellers are guided through every step of the auction process to make sure their overall goals are met. As added benefits, they can accept pre-auction offers and all sales are completed without buyer contingencies.”

Prospective sellers can contact Ranch & Farm Auctions by phone, email or social media. After an initial consult, a dedicated Land Specialist will be assigned to help determine comparable property values and personally attend auctions in their area.
