In a powerful move, Southeast Milk, Inc. (SMI) acquired Team Dairy Inc., Southeast Ag Services, and Shamrock Animal Health Services. Southeast Milk, Inc. has obtained a larger and more diverse portfolio of products and services from the leaders in the dairy industry. “In our vision to better serve our customers, we are excited to now be able to provide access to more parts, equipment, technologies, and service technicians than ever before,” stated Shawn Dyal, SMI Director of Supply. With the addition of these companies, SMI has become a dealer for all three major brands of dairy equipment, including BouMatic, DeLeval, and GEA.

Further cementing their status as the leader in dairy service, these acquisitions have created an opportunity to expand the reach of SMI service over multiple states. With service technicians certified in specialized areas such as robotics, rotaries, large refrigeration, and equipment installation, SMI can handle any and all service jobs in the Southeast.

The procurement of Shamrock Animal Health Services has created increased market share in the animal health industry across the Southeast. This acquisition allows the opportunity for additional purchasing power, reduced overhead, and the ability to further reduce costs to SMI customers.

To further develop the Supply Division of SMI, the entity has been rebranded as SMI Farm & Ranch, which includes the full SMI portfolio of animal health supplies, farm equipment, service technicians, and custom blended chemicals. As SMI Farm & Ranch continues to grow their offerings and service options, they are truly positioned for incredible outcomes in supply and service.
