To help unlock more opportunities for customers and serve the needs of the dairy industry, Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production recently hired two new team members. Each brings a wealth of experience in identifying and implementing customer-driven solutions.

As one of the newer members of the Technical Services Team, Dr. Bill Prokop provides technical support to dairy farmers and nutritionists throughout the United States with a special concentration in the Upper Midwest. A nationally recognized dairy consultant, he has four decades of applied dairy technical service and training experience, including work as an industry consultant, technical service specialist, nutritionist, fulltime dairy manager and veterinarian in private practice. Dr. Prokop received both his BS and DVM from Cornell University.

Mike Motta joins the Americas Team as a Business Development Manager. With nearly three decades of experience in strategic account and business management experience at companies ranging from Rochester Midland to Diversey, Inc., his responsibilities include launching new technologies to help customers address evolving challenges both on the farm and in food processing.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to bring these two proven leaders onto our dairy team,” said Mark Martinez, Director, America’s Sales. “Each has the background, skills and training needed to help us fulfill our mission to unlock opportunities to feed the world by improving animal and food production systems. Their vast experience will bring value to our customers and other industry partners.”
