Four local dairy farmers managing farms of all sizes and a co-op representative will join a panel discussion on how to maintain and grow this important industry in our community on Saturday, December 3 at 2 p.m. at the Cedarburg Public Library in Cedarburg, Wis. Panelists will be Shelly Grosenick of Crimson Ridge Dairy in Watertown, Wis.; Bob Roden of Roden Echo Valley Farm in West Bend, Wis.; Thelma Heidel-Baker of Bossie Cow Farm in Random Lake, Wis.; Jeremy Dahm of Belgium, Wis.; and Elizabeth McMullen of Organic Valley.

The panel will be moderated by Judith Friebert, the artist whose exhibition of dairy farm artworks, “Pastel Pastures,” will be on display at the Cedarburg Art Museum from October 19 through January 8. The opening reception will be on October 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. and a gallery tour will be held November 12 at 11 a.m.
