Northside Elevator continues to expand and has recently added Bryan Mergen as Director of Growth. Additionally, he will be involved in recruitment of key staff, onboarding and training programs, and will work closely with the management team across all divisions—engaging the full company in successful implementation.Mr. Mergen is a native of Central Wisconsin and has devoted his career to the dairy industry. Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has also earned an MBA from the Kelly School of Business and an MS in Food and Agribusiness from Purdue University. Bryan also has on-farm experience, working directly with producers of all sizes in WI, MN, TX, CO, NE and KS for both Zoetis and Cargill. While most of his career has been focused on strategic account management, he spent three years in New York City as a marketer leading Zoetis’ dairy brand.
“We are fortunate to have Bryan on staff in this leadership and visionary role. His depth of experience and knowledge in the agriculture industry will help Northside step forward without losing site of the extraordinary products and services that have built our business over the past 75 years”, says Ted Brussow, President.
Outside the office, Bryan is the owner of Red Garage Auction Co and enjoys auctioneering at benefit auctions. Happily married with three sons, Bryan is proud to call central Wisconsin his home and Northside Elevator his employer.
